So I guess you could say that the diet has been going well since I have been sick and was throwing up. I have since recovered from my sickness, but I found a new diet that I think I would like to try. It's not really a fad diet, but it is Jessica Simpson's work out regime when she was getting ready for the
Dukes of Hazzard I am calling it the Dukes Diet.
The diet consist of 2 hours of work out ( 1 hour of cardi 1 hour of lounges and booty workouts) No sugar, lots of salad and for me that means NO RANCH - and of course used in moderation. I'll let you know how it works out. Of course I will start at the beginning of a new week so that I can grocery shop.
