As of right now the expected completion date is sometime in May.
We had our final showroom meeting to select all the items we wanted in the house. And we have paid everything that we are expected to pay out of pocket.
I received a phone call from the house guy - we can call him Kris Kringle. The next step for us is to meet with the contract to to go through an orientation of everything that takes place in the building process.
At that time everything is on them and basically a waiting game for us. We are expecting that they will break ground by the end of the month or first week in March. YEAH!
Once they have started building I will post pics of the progress once a week.
